OUR SERVICES

Excavation

Normally done with excavator often combined with bobcat (skid steer).

• Footing (garages, additions, small buildings: use mini excavator)
• Additions (for full basement: use compact excavator and bobcat to load tracks with fill for haulage away)
• Pools (done with compact or mini-ex and bobcat to load tracks with fills for haulage away)
• Waterproofing (choose a mini-ex the right size for the job)

Demolition

Normally done with bobcat and/or mini-excavator and attachments.

• Concrete (machine with concrete breaker grapple bucket, clamp or thumb)
• Tear Down (use grapple bucket, clamp or thumb on machine for tearing and loading)
• Flat Tiers (due to site conditions, consider solid tires or a tracked machine/tracks)

landscaping

Wide range of tasks, some done with bobcat, others with mini-excavator.

• Post Holes (generally done with bobcat, bit sizes from 6" to 36")
• Interlocking / Paving  (done with bobcat to remove dirt and in gravel base)
• Re-sodding (bobcat used to strip old sod, soil conditioner to till it in or spread new topsoil)
• Armour Stone Rockeries & Walls (inquire about specialized equipment)
